About the Role
You will join a supportive, close-knit national team delivering high-quality, practical advice to major developers, governments, and construction companies, all from the comfort of your home office.
Your role will include advising on:
- Front-end construction and infrastructure matters
- Government procurement and procurement strategies, particularly in construction and infrastructure projects
- Project development and delivery across a full range of project delivery models
- Contract development, drafting, negotiation, and administration
- Large complex real estate matters
- Occasional involvement in disputes and contract claims
Clients include Australian and international organisations, spanning major Commonwealth government departments and agencies, developers, and leading construction companies.

About You
- 4+ years PAE, at Associate or Senior Associate level
- Experience as a front-end construction, infrastructure, or projects lawyer, or strong contracting experience applicable to the sector
- Experience in government procurement or project delivery highly regarded but is not essential
- Strong technical ability, client-focused approach, and commercial awareness
