BACK-END CONSTRUCTION LAWYER
In this role, you will work closely with partners to deliver strategic, commercial advice on high-profile construction matters. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing large-scale project disputes and high-value litigation
  • Handling arbitrations, expert determinations, and Security of Payment claims, including adjudications
  • Large QBCC Disputes
  • Advising on contract risk management for major construction projects
  • Managing the day-to-day conduct of matters, with access to ongoing mentoring and support
  • Acting for a diverse client base, including project owners, contractors, and engineering firms
2+ YEARS PAE
  • A construction lawyer with 2+ years’ PAE
  • Experience gained in a construction specialist, top-tier, or well-regarded mid-tier firm
  • At Lawyer or Associate Level
  • A proven background in construction or major project matters
  • A commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment
