THE FIRM

Within the large Brisbane construction team, you'll work with numerous partners, senior practitioners, junior lawyers, and have ample administrative support. This structure ensures you feel fully supported, enabling you to perform at your best.

THE ROLE
There is a split between back-end and front-end work, with a heavy emphasis on disputes and litigation. The successful candidate will engage with an impressive portfolio of institutional clients in dynamic industry sectors within construction and major projects.

You will be involved in complex Supreme Court matters and large infrastructure-related adjudications while working closely with and receiving ongoing mentoring from talented and highly regarded construction SCs and Partners.

THE LAWYER
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated individual with a construction legal background. A minimum of 5 years PAE is essential, with exposure to a significant portion of the mentioned fields.

As a senior-level role, the ideal candidate will also bring genuine enthusiasm for guiding and mentoring less experienced lawyers within the team. If you also have a hunger for learning, a drive for growth, and a passion to propel your legal career forward, we want to hear from you!
