This role offers exposure to a sophisticated mix of commercial litigation, arbitration, restructuring, insolvency, and advisory work - ideal for a lawyer who enjoys complex problem-solving and wants to broaden their practice without sacrificing quality or calibre of work.

You’ll join a highly regarded Brisbane team and work closely with two leading partners on complex, high-profile matters for major corporate and government clients across sectors including energy, resources, technology, and the public sector.

The team advises and acts on a diverse range of matters, including:
  • Complex corporations law and regulatory issues
  • High-stakes litigation, fraud and corruption investigations and inquiries
  • Restructuring and insolvency matters for companies, directors, and shareholders
  • Competition and regulatory matters across energy, resources, technology, and consumer claims
  • Major disputes and arbitrations in the energy and resources sector

We’re keen to hear from lawyers with:
  • 3+ years’ PAE in commercial litigation 
  • Experience from a top-tier or international firm
  • Strong academic background (GPA 5.5+
  • Experience from Commonwealth jurisdictions welcomed. Ideal for Australian lawyers returning home or overseas practitioners with relevant experience
