We’re partnering with this highly regarded firm to recruit a Corporate / Equity Capital Markets Associate or Senior Associate to join its Brisbane team. You’ll work closely with industry-leading partners in a high-performing yet genuinely supportive environment.
The Role:
This is a standout opportunity to work on complex, high-profile ECM matters while being mentored by a highly respected Partner and advising blue-chip clients.
Your work will include:
- ASX Listing Rule compliance (~50%)
- Capital raisings including IPOs and private placements (~30%)
- Corporate governance (~10%)
- ASIC investigations (~5%)
- Company secretarial matters (~5%)
Ideally, you will have:
- 4+ years’ PAE in Corporate Law, with experience in M&A and/or ECM
- Be operating at Associate or Senior Associate level (or close to promotion)
- A client-focused, commercially minded approach
