As a part of this esteemed firm, you will work alongside other Corporate Partners nationally, collaborating in managing and mentoring a team while serving clients on a range of matters. Your expertise will encompass:
- Regulated and off-market mergers and acquisitions,
- Equity capital markets,
- Back door listings,
- Corporate advisory,
- Joint ventures, as well as
- ASX and Corporations Act compliance.
To excel in this role, you should possess 10-25 years of post-admission experience, with a significant portion obtained in Brisbane within a specialist M&A firm, mid-tier, or large national practice, allowing you to have a strong profile in the corporate market.
Apart from your technical skills, the firm values soft skills that drive client communication and business development. Your ability to generate additional client activities will be crucial. As a Partner (or Special Counsel), you must have the confidence to back yourself, aiming to have supervised fees of $800K to step into the Salaried Partner level role, or $1.6M as the entry point to equity.
