- Regulated and off-market mergers and acquisitions,
- Equity capital markets,

To thrive in this position, you should have accumulated 10-25 years of post-admission experience, with a substantial portion gained in Brisbane within a specialized M&A firm, mid-tier, or prominent national practice, thereby establishing a robust presence in the corporate arena.
Apart from your technical skills, the firm values soft skills that drive client communication and business development. Your ability to generate additional client activities will be crucial. As a Partner (or Special Counsel), you must have the confidence to back yourself, aiming to have supervised fees of $800K to step into the Salaried Partner level role, or $1.6M as the entry point to equity.
