The Firm

They are now seeking a high-performing Dispute Resolution Partner (or a Special Counsel ready for partnership) to strengthen their expanding national team.

The Role

You will work alongside three nationally recognised Disputes Partners while collaborating with Corporate, Projects, and Resources teams. Core practice areas include:
  • Construction & Infrastructure Disputes: Acting for principals, contractors, and stakeholders on large-scale energy, transport, mining, and engineering projects.
  • Commercial Litigation & Arbitration: Managing complex disputes from pre-contract to resolution across Australian and international forums.

About You

You will ideally have 10–20 years’ post-admission experience within a national or international law firm, with:
  • A modest but portable client following in corporate, commercial, or infrastructure sectors.

  • Proven commercial acumen and strategic insight.
  • A collaborative, outcomes-focused approach.
