An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer  to join a highly regarded Brisbane-based disputes firm known for handling complex, high-stakes litigation at Supreme and Federal Court level only.

The Role:
You’ll work across a broad range of sophisticated commercial disputes, with exposure to matters including:
  • Directors’ and officers’ claims
  • Professional negligence and professional indemnity
  • ASIC investigations and regulatory proceedings
  • Defamation
  • Breach of contract
  • Discrimination and employment-related disputes
  • General corporate and commercial litigation
All matters are run at Supreme and Federal Court level and there is no lower court work.
