As a senior leader within a high-performing national team, you’ll partner with a widely regarded Workplace Relations leader on complex, sensitive matters including:
- Senior executive contracts & bespoke employment agreements
- Post-employment restraints: advice, enforcement & litigation strategy
- Unfair dismissal & general protections claims (Fair Work)
- Enterprise bargaining & strategic industrial negotiations
- Industrial disputes, misconduct & disciplinary processes
- Investigations into bullying, harassment & discrimination
- WHS compliance, critical incident response & safety governance
- 10+ years’ PQE across employment law, industrial relations and/or WHS (top-tier, leading mid-tier, or boutique specialist)
- Strong market reputation with capability to originate and retain work
- Confident team leader who delivers strategic, commercial outcomes
- Collaborative national platform with recognised peers and support
