- Acquisitions and disposals of significant property assets
- Commercial leasing, including agreements for lease, for landlords and tenants
- Large-scale development projects
- Acquisition, structuring, planning, construction, and sale of off-the-plan residential apartment developments
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience in complex property, leasing, and development transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to allocate risk in a commercially astute manner
- Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills, with strong knowledge of the property industry and the ability to provide prompt, commercially focused advice
- Exceptional matter management skills, including scoping matters, managing fee estimates, and billing
- Strong commitment to client service and well-developed relationship management skills
- Ability and willingness to mentor, manage, and support junior colleagues.
