You’ll work alongside respected practitioners on high-profile, complex matters - delivering strategic advice nationwide. This role offers the opportunity to work with multiple Commonwealth Government agencies, focusing on key areas of public law including:
- Providing legal advice on administrative decisions
- Addressing complex public law issues
- Statutory interpretation
- Advising on administrative law matters and litigation
- Merits review proceedings (AAT)
- Advice involving Commonwealth statutory schemes (i.e Comcare and NDIS)
- The Federal Court
- The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
- The Administrative Appeals Tribunal

We are seeking Lawyers or Associates with between 1 and 4 Years PAE in the fields of Government or Administrative law. Lawyers with an insurance or general commercial litigation background with an interest in these areas are also encouraged to apply.
