The Role:
As an integral part of the team, you will be at the forefront of Australia's most notable medical negligence claims and health liability cases. Representing large health organisations, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals, you'll gain exposure to diverse and challenging matters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PAE in an Insurance team, preferably with a mid-tier national or specialist insurance firm. Whether you are currently a Lawyer or Associate, we encourage applications from those with medical indemnity experience.
If you are an insurance lawyer with technical proficiency in professional negligence and aspire to cross over into health and medical indemnity, your application is also welcomed.
