Join a respected in-house legal team on a 3 to 6-month contract, with the opportunity to apply for permanent appointment at the end of the term. This role offers flexible part-time, full-time, or job-share arrangements, plus hybrid working (typically 2 days in-office).
Key Responsibilities
You’ll manage a varied property portfolio and provide advice on matters such as:
- Drafting and reviewing leases, licences, easements, deeds, and access agreements
- Land acquisitions and disposals (including under the Land Act)
- Lodging Land Registry forms and supporting PEXA conveyancing
- Managing land purchases via REIQ contracts
- Voluntary Home Buy-Back Program matters
- Trustee leases, permits, and management agreements
- Advising on local land issues
