The Work
- Advising on incident response, enforcement notices, and regulatory engagement
- Running WHS prosecutions - including indictable offences and reckless conduct
- Working on high-stakes safety strategy and compliance advisory matters
- Acting for regulators, government bodies, and select private clients
- Preparing for and appearing in coronial inquests or jury trials
- Associate-level Lawyer with a strong focus on WHS and regulatory law
- Comfortable with the detail and pressure that comes with serious incidents
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
- Prior experience with prosecutions, inquests or complex advisory work is advantageous
- Work with some of Queensland's most respected WHS practitioners
