Your Role
As a mid to senior lawyer, you will:
  • Provide comprehensive back-end advice to public and private clients.
  • Manage a diverse range of matters including complex contract disputes, large-scale litigation, regulatory investigations, class actions, restructuring, E&R disputes, tax litigation, competition law, and insolvency.
  • Work on complex Supreme Court matters.
  • Collaborate closely with experienced litigation partners and benefit from ongoing mentorship.
  • Support and guide junior lawyers and the wider team. 
The work mix is roughly 60% commercial litigation and 40% restructuring and insolvency, encompassing a blend of litigation, advisory, and transactional matters (for example, DOCA-related work).

Who We’re Looking For
We seek a highly motivated individual with:
  • A current or recent mid- or first-tier background.
  • A minimum of 4 years PAE with relevant experience.
  • Senior Lawyers up to SA level are encouraged to apply.
