About the Role
This exciting opportunity is suited to a lawyer with 2+ years post-admission experience in property and business transactions. You will be part of a structured team that provides top-tier advice to clients across Queensland and nationally.

Key Areas of Work:
  • Commercial and residential property development, including land subdivisions.
  • Acquisitions and sales of commercial properties, such as hotels, clubs, and development sites.
  • Major leasing transactions for office, retail, and industrial properties.
  • Negotiating and drafting a wide range of contracts.
  • Opportunities to work on hotels, resorts, clubs, and gaming assets.
  • General commercial property matters and exposure to planning and environment issues.
This role offers the chance to work directly with clients and collaborate with highly experienced partners who are leaders in their field.

About You The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least 2 years PAE in property and business transactions, leasing, and general commercial property.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • An ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • A client-focused approach and exceptional communication skills.
  • A keen interest in hospitality assets, including hotels, resorts, and gaming.
