THE WORK
You'll join a legal, compliance, and investigations team within a larger organisation, fully supported by professional colleagues and leadership. In this position, you'll provide high-quality legal advice and case management on:
- Professional conduct complaints
- Disciplinary law proceedings
- Statutory investigations and prosecution matters
- Tribunal and court representation (QCAT, Magistrates Court)
- Right to Information and privacy applications
- Policy development and internal framework reviews
- Regulatory compliance guidance and legal reporting.

To excel in this position, you should have:
- Minimum 5 years post-admission legal experience
- Current or eligible for Queensland Practising Certificate
- Relevant experience in professional misconduct, compliance, prosecutorial matters, administrative law, or related fields
- Ability to interpret legislation, assess complaints, manage investigations, and provide impartial legal advice
- Confidence representing matters in tribunals and courts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High professional integrity and commitment to public service.
