A well-established Brisbane firm is seeking a Wills & Estates Lawyer to join their dynamic and highly respected succession law practice. Working across the full spectrum of succession matters, you will gain exposure to estate planning, estate administration and probate, as well as contested estate matters. The role has a strong emphasis on high-quality estate planning work for a diverse client portfolio that includes private individuals, family entities, business owners, and charitable or not-for-profit organisations.

This is a rare opportunity for a junior lawyer to accelerate their technical development in a collegiate team within a practice known for its industry reputation, specialist expertise, and sophisticated client base. You will enjoy early client contact, interesting legal work, and meaningful mentorship that supports both capability building and long-term career progression.

About You
To succeed in this position, you will bring:
  • 1+ years’ PAE in Wills & Estates
  • Strong technical skills across estate planning and/or administration
  • Confidence working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A client-focused mindset with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships
