This role includes duties such as:
- Diary and email management;
- Preparing and amending legal documents;
- Digital dictation;
- Preparing and sending correspondence;
- Opening and preparing files;
- Maintaining up to date client records;
- Liaise with clients and external providers;
- File administration;
- Monthly billing; and
- General administrative and EA duties.
.. A minimum of 2 years' legal secretarial or professional administrative experience. You will also possess the following attributes:
- Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Keyboard skills;
- Strong understanding of the Court systems;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Exceptional ability to work collaboratively, build and maintain professional internal and external relationships
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised;
- A proactive and enthusiastic work style.
Candidates currently studying Law will be considered, ideally those with a minimum of 2 years prior admission.
