Reporting directly to a highly regarded female Partner, you will manage a diverse and engaging caseload, including:
  • Corporate and contractual disputes
  • Regulatory investigations and proceedings
  • Corporations Act matters
  • Intellectual property and technology litigation
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Defamation claims
  • Property and complex leasing disputes
  • Competition and Consumer Law (ACL) matters
  • Joint venture disputes
  • Regulatory prosecutions
  • Insolvency and recoveries
You’ll gain exposure across both state and federal jurisdictions while continuing to develop your expertise within a nationally recognised practice.

About You
  • 5+ years’ PAE gained in a CBD firm
  • Senior Associate Level or an Associate looking for a promotion
  • Strong experience in litigation and corporate dispute resolution
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach and strong communication skills
