The firm  has diverse portfolio of highly sophisticated clients, including publicly and privately listed ASX companies, high-net-worth individuals and investors, and maintains a strong national presence in the mining sector.

Alongside a team of specialists, you’ll advise on large-scale disputes, primarily in the Supreme and Federal Courts, spanning a broad range of commercial matters, including:
  • Breach of contract
  • Misleading and deceptive conduct claims
  • Corporate regulatory disputes
  • Data breaches
  • Urgent interlocutory applications
  • Corporate fraud
  • Shareholder disputes
  • Freezing orders
Your responsibilities will include managing files under the guidance of the Principal, with tasks such as drafting correspondence, legal advices, and court documents (including affidavits, applications, and orders), conducting witness interviews, and assisting with trial preparation across all stages of litigation.

You’ll also help manage client relationships and instruct Counsel in court as needed. To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • At least 3 years' PAE in commercial litigation or disputes
  • Current experience at the Associate or Senior Associate level
  • A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for litigation
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent technical skills and be keen to take on responsibility under mentorship
