The Opportunity

If your earnings have plateaued or declined, this could be the platform you've been waiting for. Our client is an international firm with solid growth momentum and a proven ability to deliver high-value disputes matters to its litigation team.

With a progressive equity structure, this firm enables its Partners to consistently earn between $650,000 and $1.5 million, depending on contribution and fee base.

The Firm

Young in spirit but rich in technical expertise, this international law firm has developed a standout culture based on collaboration, innovation, and strategic growth. With strong national and cross-border workflows, this firm is building on its momentum by appointing a senior disputes lawyer - either a current Partner or Special Counsel ready for the next step.

The Role

You will work closely with three prominent Partners in the Dispute Resolution group, alongside cross-practice collaboration with Corporate, Resources, and Projects teams. The ideal candidate will have a specialist focus in one or more of the following:
  • Construction & Infrastructure Disputes — Particularly those involving major projects (e.g. rail, roads, ports, mining, energy) and acting for stakeholders such as principals, contractors, or engineers.
  • Complex Commercial Litigation & Arbitration — Advising clients across the lifecycle of major projects and handling disputes in both local and international forums.
This is an opportunity to access significant national and global disputes with a firm that actively invests in partner support and long-term profitability.

About You

You will likely bring between 10 and 20 years of post-admission experience, ideally with recent tenure in a top or mid-tier national practice. Essential traits include:
  • A modest but loyal client base that you’ve cultivated in the corporate or commercial space.
  • Strong leadership and team management capability.
  • Strategic thinking and a high level of commercial acumen.
  • A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.

Why Make the Move?

While many firms are contracting their costs to protect margins, this one continues to invest in its interna resources and support, providing partners with the tools and freedom to thrive.
  • Disputes mandates flow organically from established commercial teams.
  • Strong international and national referral networks.
  • A clear path to equity with a flexible start date.
  • High-performing peer group committed to long-term success.
