Diverse Practice Areas:
Expect daily variety across multiple indemnity sectors:
  • Complex Litigation - Lead high-stakes, multi-party disputes and develop proactive commercial strategies
  • Management Liability - Defend professionals (accountants, financial planners, consultants) and handle statutory investigations & fiduciary claims
  • Construction Professional Indemnity - Represent engineers, architects & builders and handle design/construct claims & coverage disputes
  • Legal PI & Environmental Liability - Defend solicitors against malpractice claims and advise on complex environmental (EIL) coverage
  • Directors & Officers Liability - Act for D&O's in relation to class actions & regulatory investigations (ASIC/ACCC) and advise on coverage and defence strategies
  • Financial Lines Coverage - Advising local and global insurers on indemnity disputes, complex policy interpretation, and regulatory exposures across all financial lines products.
  • Fidelity & Financial Crime - Investigate fraud & employee dishonesty and advise banks, investment firms & financial institutions on coverage and liability
