 This Brisbane CBD-based position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile, complex health law matters at the forefront of medical litigation. As part of our team, you will:
  • Manage sophisticated medical indemnity claims and health liability cases
  • Defend negligence and personal injury claims for healthcare providers
  • Handle professional disciplinary proceedings (including Medicare matters)
  • Advise on public liability disputes
  • Represent clients in regulatory investigations (OHO, AHPRA, Coroner's Court)
  • Respond to formal inquiries and complaints
You'll provide critical legal support to leading health organisations, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals across all court levels - from Magistrates Court through to Supreme Court litigation.

Working directly with an acclaimed Partner who is recognised as one of Australia's foremost health law and medical negligence practitioners. 

We're seeking talented lawyers with:
  • Between 2 and 5 years' PAE in insurance law
  • Practical experience handling Health claims; PIPA matters and/or Professional indemnity cases
  • A demonstrated passion for specialising in insurance law
