What is the role?
You will be involved in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
  • Equity capital markets (ECM) transactions
  • Mergers and acquisitions (public and private)
  • General corporate and commercial advisory
  • Reviewing and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Joint ventures and strategic alliances
  • IPOs and secondary capital raisings
  • Conducting due diligence and preparing reports
The team works on both domestic and cross-border deals, providing exposure to sophisticated transactions and the opportunity to collaborate with leading clients.

Who should apply?
We are seeking a motivated and skilled corporate Associate or SA to join this high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2+ years’ PAE in front-end corporate law (applications from candidates with up to 6 years’ experience are welcome)
  • Proven experience in M&A, business transactions, due diligence, and contract drafting
  • A proactive mindset and a desire to thrive in a mid-sized team environment
  • Ambition to grow expertise in corporate M&A, work on high-stakes transactions, and take the next step in their career
