The Opportunity
We are partnering with this firm to appoint a Planning & Environment Lawyer to their growing Brisbane team. The role is open at Associate through to Senior Associate level, with scope to consider part-time arrangements for candidates bringing strong experience.

This position has been created in response to sustained growth and a deep existing client base. You’ll advise across both front-end and contentious matters, with exposure to:
  • Major project approvals and environmental planning
  • Land access, native title and cultural heritage issues
  • Regulatory advisory work and multi-jurisdictional disputes
  • Projects across energy, resources, renewables and infrastructure
You’ll work closely with a highly regarded partner (20+ years’ experience; consistently recognised in Chambers & Partners) and will have meaningful client access from the outset.

About You
You will bring:
  • Experience in planning & environment, land access, native title or related advisory/disputes work
  • Strong drafting, analysis and commercial judgement
  • Confidence working across varied matters and jurisdictions
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality client outcomes.
