The Opportunity
We are partnering with this firm to appoint a Planning & Environment Lawyer to their growing Brisbane team. The role is open at Associate through to Senior Associate level, with scope to consider part-time arrangements for candidates bringing strong experience.
This position has been created in response to sustained growth and a deep existing client base. You’ll advise across both front-end and contentious matters, with exposure to:
- Major project approvals and environmental planning
- Land access, native title and cultural heritage issues
- Regulatory advisory work and multi-jurisdictional disputes
- Projects across energy, resources, renewables and infrastructure
About You
You will bring:
- Experience in planning & environment, land access, native title or related advisory/disputes work
- Strong drafting, analysis and commercial judgement
- Confidence working across varied matters and jurisdictions
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality client outcomes.
