What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a team celebrated for its client-focused approach and excellence in managing complex, high-value claims. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of professional indemnity claims
- Providing strategic advice and litigation leadership across multiple sectors
- Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers, contributing to team development
- Complex Litigation – multi-party disputes and strategic commercial advice
- Management Liability – defending professionals and handling regulatory investigations
- Construction PI – advising engineers, architects, and builders
- Legal PI & Environmental Liability – defending solicitors and advising on environmental coverage
- Directors & Officers Liability – representing clients in class actions and regulatory matters
- Financial Lines Coverage – policy interpretation and indemnity disputes
- Fidelity & Financial Crime – advising on fraud and dishonesty claims
