This Canberra-based Senior Associate role offers exposure to complex, high-profile privacy and information law matters. You will work on innovative and varied projects, including:
- Advising Australian Government clients on privacy, secrecy, FOI, data sharing, AI, and information governance
- Conducting Privacy Threshold Assessments (PTA) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA)
- Managing complaints, OAIC investigations, and responding to data breaches
- Supporting projects that balance technology, privacy, and accountability.

- 5+ years’ post-admission experience in privacy and information law
- Experience conducting privacy threshold and impact assessments or addressing secrecy provisions (preferred)
- High-level drafting, communication, and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Collaborative, client-focused approach and strategic awareness of government operations
- Eligibility for at least baseline security clearance.
