A prominent national mid-tier law firm is seeking a Lawyer at Senior Associate level to join its dynamic Real Estate practice group in Brisbane. As a key member, you will manage significant property work and benefit from the support of a highly skilled team and leading partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with leading partners on capital transactions and major leasing projects
- Manage complex commercial property transactions and leasing portfolios
- Draft, advise on, and negotiate property development and construction contracts, and development agreements
- Conduct due diligence for property acquisitions and sales
- Provide strategic advice on project structuring, risk assessment, and mitigation.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you will have:
- 6+ years PQE with a solid foundation in property and real estate law
- Proven experience in managing complex commercial leasing and property transactions
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislative changes and their practical applications
- Strong drafting skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
