About the Role:
As a senior practitioner, you will have the option to work exclusively on Estate Litigation matters, or manage a balance of Wills & Estates matters, across estate litigation, estate administration and comprehensive estate planning.
You’ll work closely with a team known for its practical and strategic legal advice, ensuring clients receive timely and cost-effective solutions. The role also includes mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in contested Wills and estate disputes, with a focus on efficient, fair resolutions
- Handle complex estate planning, administration, particularly for high-net-worth clients businesses
- Provide commercially sound, practical legal advice to clients
- Mentor junior lawyers and support the professional development of the team
- 5+ years post-admission experience in Wills & Estates with a focus on estate litigation
- Strong technical knowledge in estate dispute resolution
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead complex matters independently and work collaboratively within a team
- Leadership skills and a desire to mentor and develop junior legal talent
