WORKERS COMPENSATION

  • The focus will be primarily on Workers Compensation cases on behalf of WorkCover, with exposure to liability proceedings and self-insureds.
ASSOCIATE 2+ PAE
  • The firm welcomes applications from lawyers with a minimum of 2 years PAE, preferably at the Associate level or rapidly approaching it.
  • Prior experience in workers' compensation matters is essential, and familiarity with WorkCover processes is a definite plus.
