You will work with government and corporate clients across multiple industries, providing practical, strategic, and high-quality advice on employment, industrial relations, health and safety, and regulatory compliance matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting litigation in unfair dismissal, adverse action claims, union-related disputes, workplace fatalities, and safety breaches
- Managing complex ER cases including enterprise bargaining, investigations, terminations, grievances, and performance issues
- Advising senior teams on employment law, health & safety, and compliance matters
- Delivering training, reviewing employment contracts, executive remuneration and bonus schemes, and internal policies
- Assisting clients with workplace health and safety gap assessments, negotiating with regulators, and defending prosecutions
- Supporting clients with general business legal matters where relevant.
- Strong practical experience in employment, industrial relations, or workplace safety law at Associate or Senior Associate level.
