The Role
You will work with government and corporate clients across multiple industries, providing practical, strategic, and high-quality advice on employment, industrial relations, health and safety, and regulatory compliance matters.

Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting litigation in unfair dismissal, adverse action claims, union-related disputes, workplace fatalities, and safety breaches
  • Managing complex ER cases including enterprise bargaining, investigations, terminations, grievances, and performance issues
  • Advising senior teams on employment law, health & safety, and compliance matters
  • Delivering training, reviewing employment contracts, executive remuneration and bonus schemes, and internal policies
  • Assisting clients with workplace health and safety gap assessments, negotiating with regulators, and defending prosecutions
  • Supporting clients with general business legal matters where relevant. 
Ideal candidates will have:
  • Strong practical experience in employment, industrial relations, or workplace safety law at Associate or Senior Associate level.
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and the professional capability to work directly with clients.
