WHAT IT INVOLVES
A developing workflow with all private clients has necessitated the need an additional solicitor to join their team and work across the areas of:
- Commercial Litigation (business disputes, contract issues, property litigation, debt disputes and employment litigation);
- some Plaintiff Personal Injuries; as well as
- transactional Commercial work for Sole Traders and SME’s (business start-ups and incorporations), business sales and acquisitions, as well as Commercial Conveyancing and Leasing.
WHAT YOU NEED
The right candidate will ideally have at least 3 years post admission experience, ideally having specialised in commercial work in Queensland. You will be a team player and capable of monitoring and assisting paralegals and junior solicitors if and when required.
You will have a passion for commercial matters and a demonstrated ability to make a difference for their clients. You will be encouraged to have direct relationships with clients and you will have the autonomy to manage files.
