You’ll work alongside industry-recognised Partners featured in Doyle’s Guide, Asia Pacific Legal 500, and Best Lawyers Australia, gaining hands-on exposure to technically complex, high-profile matters, including:
  • Major projects across resources, renewables, transport, and social infrastructure
  • Domestic and international arbitration
  • Litigation before the Supreme, Federal, and High Courts
  • Security of Payment adjudications
  • Construction contract claims (prosecution and defence)
  • Contract risk management and advisory work
Who we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years PAE, ideally as a Senior Associate or Associate seeking promotion
  • Experience in back-end construction law, or a disputes lawyer with a strong interest in specialising in this area
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong academic performance and attention to detail
