CONSTRUCTION DISPUTES

As part of a market-leading Projects & Construction Disputes team, you’ll work on complex, high-value matters for major local and international clients. Your work will include:
  • Construction, engineering, and infrastructure disputes
  • Complex litigation in State and Federal Courts
  • ICC and bespoke arbitrations
  • Claims management and dispute resolution across delay, quantum, and technical project issues
You’ll collaborate closely with highly rated partners on sophisticated matters, gaining exposure that will accelerate your development and keep your work intellectually challenging.

2+ YEARS PAE
  • 2+ years’ PAE from a top-tier or strong mid-tier firm
  • Experience in back-end construction, projects, or infrastructure
  • Strong academics and a commitment to high-quality work
  • Returning from overseas? Experience in a Commonwealth jurisdiction is highly regarded
