About the Role:
The national Projects & Infrastructure team advises leading public and private sector clients on the delivery of complex, high-value projects across their full life cycle, from strategic inception and structuring through to decommissioning and remediation. They bring market-leading expertise in tenure, government and private financing, procurement and tendering, design and construction operations and maintenance, and sophisticated transportation, haulage, and offtake arrangements.
To join this firm at Partner level, you will have considerable experience in this space. A barometer of your success is having a respectable client presence as well as be managing a current practice in the realm of $1.M to $2.5M+.
About You:
It is expected you will have between 10 to 25 years post-admission experience, preferably the last 5 years of which here in Australia to continue to deliver on client expectations in:
- Project planning including providing comprehensive front-end advice to public and private clients on large infrastructure projects and PPPs.
- Supporting clients on significant tenders and risk management.
- Preparing, negotiating and administering project, tender and contract documents including consultancy agreements, construction and engineering contracts, as well as procurement contracts.
- Managing and mentoring a small or large team of lawyers for leverage and additional project support.
Anticipating you having the appropriate experience, together with a top-tier or mid-tier lineage, will see an offer in the range of:
- $1M to $1.3M+ for a mid-level partner managing a portfolio of $2M to $2.5M+; or
- for an entry level Partner of say 1 to 4 years and managing a portfolio of $1M to $1.8M will achieve remuneration upwards of $450K to $900K.
